Geocaching
Geocaching is an outdoor sporting activity in which the participants use a Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver or mobile phones to hide and seek containers, called “geocaches” or “caches”, all over the world.
Geocaches are currently placed in over 100 countries around the world and on all seven continents, including Antarctica.
There are over 1,639,000 active geocaches and over 5 million geocachers participating in the game worldwide. In fact there is probably one right near you so why not check out geocaching.com to see if you can find one- its great fun.
